Welcome to Kilimanjaro Escapes Company Limited. By booking any of our tours, safaris, or trekking packages, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All reservations are subject to availability and will only be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise stated, and full payment must be received before the start of your trip
Cancellation by the client must be made in writing and will be subject to our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed minus any non-refundable expenses already incurred on your behalf. Kilimanjaro Escapes reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any trip due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participant numbers. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a refund in accordance with our policy.
All clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations before departure. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. Kilimanjaro Escapes will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the trip, except where directly caused by our proven negligence.
By participating in our tours, you agree to respect the local laws, customs, and environments of the destinations visited. Kilimanjaro Escapes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is disruptive, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, and any disputes will be subject to Tanzanian jurisdiction.
